The Role

As the Front Desk Office Assistant/Dispatcher, you will be our company’s first point of contact. This pivotal role sets the tone for the customer experience. Whether greeting customers in person or assisting them over the phone, your friendly demeanor and efficient service will reinforce the positive image of Catlett’s Service Center & Towing.

This dynamic position requires a blend of skills, including multi-tasking, organization, and working well under pressure. You will handle various office administrative tasks, ensuring our front desk’s smooth operation and dispatch.

Position Requirements

  • Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Expertise: A proven track record in customer service, demonstrating your ability to connect and communicate effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel and aptitude to learn new software programs quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, crucial for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Background Check: Candidates must pass a comprehensive background check.
