FRONT DESK OFFICE ASSISTANT/DISPATCHER
Catlett’s Service Center & Towing is a family-owned company local to Anne Arundel County. In business 45+ years, the company continues to grow and takes pride in it’s ability to retain customers.
We are looking to hire a Front Desk Office Assistant/Dispatcher in Davidsonville, Md to help with various office admin tasks. As the first point of contact for the business, this role requires someone to greet customers, in a friendly manner, in person as well as on the phone. This role with Catlett’s Service Center & Towing is a well rounded position and requires the ability to multi-task, stay organized and work well under pressure.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Ability to use Word, Excel and learn new software programs quickly
- Capable of multi-tasking while providing excellent service to customers and peers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Pass a thorough background check
